2024/25 FANBLOCK FOOTBALL LEAGUE (FFL) COMPETITION T&Cs

FANBLOCK FOOTBALL LEAGUE MATCHES in ENGLAND (Fanblock Competition)

Please read this competition terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) carefully. Participation in this competition will constitute your agreement to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not participate in this competition.

Competition Period:

The competition occurs on the day of every Fanblock Football League match in England from October 1st, 2024, until May 25, 2025.

MATCH GIVEAWAY (PRIZES):

Initial prizes include:

  • 2024/25 FFL Packs based on the match leaderboard
  • On each match leaderboard top fan will get a Premium FFL Pack, second position an Econo pack, and third position a Base pack

No cash or prize alternatives will be offered.

Competition mechanism- How and what to win:

Winners of the competition will be determined as follows:

  • Purchased a Pack on Fanblock.co.uk or own at least one Pack.
  • Score at least 3 out of 5 on our quiz demonstrating specialist knowledge of the English Premier League.
  • Finish in the top 3 positions of the match leaderboard by scoring the most block points at the end of each match.
  • Top fan in the match leaderboard will get a Premium pack, second position an Econo pack, and third position a Base pack. Fanblock reserves the right to add additional prizes at its sole discretion in the future. Each user is eligible to win only one pack per round.

Eligibility to participate in the competition:

  • Open to all natural persons aged 18 or older.
  • Only one prize can be won per participant.
  • Participants must check in on the platform during the match.
  • Participants cannot win the same prize category more than six times in a season.
  • Participants acknowledge and agree that prizes cannot be exchanged or resold (including tickets).

Winner selection:

Winners will be determined by the leaderboard at the end of each FFL match in England.

Notification of the winners:

The winners will be announced via email from help@fanblock.com the week after the match.

Prize claim:

Prizes must be claimed by confirming the delivery address via email within one week of winner notification (7 calendar days) or they will be forfeited.

Prize distribution:

The prize will be delivered within one month from the winner&s announcement via email.

Exclusion from the Competition:

Employees (and their direct relatives) of Fanblock and any companies affiliated are excluded from participating in the competition. Furthermore, Fanblock reserves the right to exclude persons from the competition who violate these Terms and Conditions, criminal laws, or morality. Persons who make use of unauthorised aids or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation will also be excluded. In such cases, the prizes may also be subsequently revoked and reclaimed.

Participation costs:

Participation in the competition is free of charge.

Publication/Privacy Policy:

Any personal data of the participant provided during the promotion will be used by Fanblock exclusively for the purpose of notifying the winner in accordance with the Fanblock Privacy Policy at Fanblock.com/privacy. The name and image of each winner may be used for promotional purposes by Fanblock, subject to the winner&s consent in each case.

Premature termination of the competition&s completion:

Fanblock is entitled to prematurely terminate the competition for good cause at any time during the promotional period and thereafter without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies in particular if and to the extent that this is necessary for organisational or technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons.

Final provisions:

This competition shall be governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland. All disputes in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zug, Switzerland. Should individual provisions within these Terms and Conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
