AC MILAN MATCHES Fanblock Giveaways' Competition

Please read these giveaway's competition terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) carefully. Participation in this giveaway's competition will constitute your agreement to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not participate in this giveaway competition.

Competition Period:

The giveaway's competition occurs on the day of every AC Milan match from August 17, 2024, until May 25, 2025.

MATCH GIVEAWAY (PRIZES):

Prizes include various items based on specific match giveaways, such as:

  • Official AC Milan jerseys (24/25 season, 23/24 season, signed or unsigned - size L)
  • 2024/25 Fanblock packs
  • VIP tickets for AC Milan home matches and more.

The top 10 participants on the leaderboard will have the chance to win VIP tickets for AC Milan home matches at San Siro, among other prizes.

Exact prizes will be communicated before each Milan match through Fanblock's pre-match email (help@fanblock.com) and official social media account

No cash or prize alternatives will be offered.

Giveaway mechanism:

Winners will be determined as follow:

  • Purchased a Pack on Fanblock.com/acmilan or own at least one Pack.
  • Score at least 3 out of 5 on our quiz demonstrating knowledge of the club.
  • Finish at the top of the leaderboard by scoring the most blockpoints at the end of the match, or finish within the top 10 on the match leaderboard.

Eligibility to participate:

  • Open to all natural persons aged 18 or older.
  • Only one prize can be won per participant.
  • Participants cannot win a signed jersey two matches in a row.
  • Participants must check in on the platform during the match.
  • Participants cannot win the same prize category more than six times in a season.
  • Participants cannot win the same prize category more than six times in a season (including Preseason game).
  • Participants acknowledge and agree that giveaways cannot be resold (including tickets).

Winner selection:

Winners will be determined by the leaderboard at the end of each AC Milan match.

Notification of the winners:

The winners will be announced via email from help@fanblock.com the week after the match.

Prize claim:

Prizes must be claimed by confirming the delivery address via email within one week of winner notification (7 calendar days) or they will be forfeited.

Prize distribution:

The prize will be delivered within one month from the winner's announcement via email.

Exclusion from the Giveaway:

Employees of Fanblock and AC Milan, companies affiliated with either entity, and their direct relatives are excluded from participating in the giveaway's competition. Furthermore, Fanblock reserves the right to exclude persons who violate these Terms and Conditions, criminal laws or morality from the giveaway's competition. Persons who make use of unauthorised aids or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation will also be excluded. In such cases, the prizes may also be subsequently revoked and reclaimed.

Participation costs:

Participation in the giveaway's competition is free of charge.

Publication/Privacy Policy:

Any personal data of the participant provided during the promotion will be used by Fanblock exclusively for the purpose of notifying the winner in accordance with the Fanblock Privacy Policy at Fanblock.com/privacy.

Premature termination of the giveaway's completion:

Fanblock is entitled to prematurely terminate the Giveaway for good cause at any time during the promotional period and thereafter without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies in particular if and to the extent that this is necessary for organisational or technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons.

Final provisions:

The giveaway's completion is subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zug. Should individual provisions within these Terms and Conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
